DAYCARE

Daycare is one of our most popular services, especially for repeat clients. We pride ourselves on our professional yet fun approach, and do everything necessary to ensure your pets are safe, secure and happy.

BOARDING

Our dedicated staff works hard to make sure your pet feels comfortable and relaxed. Whether it’s their first Boarding experience, or they’re seasoned regulars, their wellbeing is central to everything we do.
The typical day during their stay will be going outside first thing in the morning for a potty time, after everyone comes back in we start feeding breakfast and give them a 1 - 1 & 1/2 hour grace period to eat as well as digest some before going out to first play time. Once first play time is over we bring everyone back in to socialize from their rooms while staff gets some cleaning done before turning down the lights for nap time from 1pm - 3pm to make sure everyone takes a good mental break from each other. After nap time we start feeding dinner, we realize that may seem early but we like to allow as much time as possible for everyone to go potty before bed so they don’t accidentally go in their rooms in the night. After dinner we allow the same 1 – 1 & 1/2 hour grace period before going to the optional 2nd play time, after that play time we bring them in for a short break before taking them out for final potty times before bed.

GROOMING

Your pet’s happiness is our number one priority. During this service, we learn what they like and dislike and always treat them with kindness and patience. We offer a different experience to traditional grooming by offering breaks throughout the groom if needed for dogs with anxiety or those who are getting older so they can take a rest get some water and a potty break. We do this to ensure their time with us is more relaxed like a spa day and we never charge extra for snuggles - it’s included.
